Classic Basil Pesto
Ingredients:
2 cups raw walnuts
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cups fresh basil
2 garlic cloves
Dash of salt
Instructions:
In food processor, process nuts until fine. Add remaining ingredients and process until very smooth. Refrigerate.
Classic Humus
Ingredients:
2 cans chickpeas (15 oz. each), drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tahini
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup filtered water (only necessary if blend is too thick)

Avocado Cilantro Dip
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 cup fresh cilantro
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
3-4 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Ingredients:

Instructions:
Scoop avocado out of it's shell and remove the pit. Place in food processor with all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
